WDCS, our first client, chose to move to GoGen due to our focus on tailoring our service to the needs of the smaller charity. To complement the self-help ethos of The Big Issue Magazine, The Big Issue Foundation was established in 1995. The aim of the Foundation is to assist homeless people, enabling them to gain control of their lives and achieve greater self-reliance and independence.

GoGen provided The Big Issue Foundation with the flexible and focused approach it required, aiming to raise its profile. Telephone Acquisitions:
The purpose of this new and exciting service is to maximise the potential of Cold Mailings. Follow-up calls can increase the number of new members by up to 50%. Since GoGen offers a complete Pay-By-Results service (no charge is levied for unsuccessful calls), there is no financial risk involved for our clients.

Proportionally, a charity’s annual income is increasingly derived from legacies. The telephone is ideal for explaining legacy benefits to supporters. GoGen makes a point of tailoring telephone-based legacy campaigns to client needs and of addressing the issue with sympathy and sensitivity.
